Exciting news!

First, I got promoted into management at work! I'm beyond excited and I can't wait to start training which I can't start until the next pay period begins at the end of the month. Fiiiiinaly I'll be putting my degree to good use!

Second, I'm going to NY at the end for a week and a half and I can't wait. It kinda falls in the middle of my training, so I'm starting basic stuff before I leave and then getting into everything else when I come home. So far we have 2 plays and this girls night out event planned.

Finally, I'm super excited to announce that I'm officially selling Scentsy. Scentsy is a safe, wickless alternative to candles. Unlike candles which are obviously melted by a flame, a Scentsy warmer is heated by a light bulb so the wax is never burned just heated. Scentsy doesn't stop at wax and warmers, they also sell room sprays, hand soap, travel tins, car air fresheners, scent paks, and stuffed animals. There are SO many different styles of warmers to choose from in two sizes plus the scents are out of this world! Also their combine and save deals are really incredible. I joined because I really could use some extra cash and I fell in love with the products. I'm looking to host my first party when I go to NY and I have a coworker who wants to host a party. I super pumped!

Clearly I found this on Pinterest... hellllooooo I'm obsessed! I check it way more often than FB and Twitter, which is pretty bad! I really really want to participate in a 5K sometime in my life. I'm in no shape to run it now, but walking would definitely be possible and even some jogging. The Color Run looks like SO much fun!! I can only imagine how awesome the "white" shirts look when you're done. I'm definitely going to look into doing the DC or NYC run!
